Do you think we should stop keeping score in hockey?

What would minor hockey be like if we all stopped keeping score? According to an article at theStar.com  there is a new trend in minor sports based on a research-supported and holistic approach to development that calls for leagues to STOP keeping score in games for kids under 12 years old. The Ontario Soccer Association is planning to stop keeping score in games for those under 12 and is phasing it in, by 2014 “no score keeping” will be mandatory across Ontario for all competitive players.

What would hockey be like if minor hockey took the same route and stopped keeping score before Peewee? Do you think the players would mind? How about the parents?
