Group #1 – 8 am – 2 pm ( Bantam & Midget)
Group # 2- 9 am – 3 pm ( Min & Maj Pee-wee)
Group # 3- 10 am – 4 pm ( Min & Maj Atom )
Level : “AAA” and “AA”
Program :
Features a 6 hr day ( Mon – Fri ) with 3 hrs on-ice and 3 hrs of off-ice . Geared to the elite
player looking to accelerate their development for the upcoming season !
On-Ice :
1 hr of Power-Skating
1 hr of Puck-handling
1 hr of “4 on 4″
Off-Ice :
1 hr of Dryland Conditioning ( Hockey Specific )
Daily Power-Point Hockey Lectures
Lunch
Group Stretching Component

John Boultbee – Power-Skating Coach University of Windsor (Men’s varsity)

Time : 8 am – 2 pm ( Mon – Fri)
Group #1 ( Tyke , Novice , Atom )
Group # 2 ( Pee-wee, Bantam , Midget )
Level : ( “A” , “B” , “ AE”)
Program :
Features a 6 hr day with 3 hrs of on-ice instruction and 3 hrs of off-ice. Program will focus
on enhancing individual skating skills through a pedagogical series of skills to cover ALL
the fundamentals of skating ( edging, forward, backward, cross-overs, starting – stopping,
power turns and pivots) . At the conclusion of the week, each student will demonstrate
noticeable improvement in each of these technical areas. This week is ideal for the “REP”
player looking to enhance their skating and puck-handling skills while increasing their
cardiovascular fitness for the up-coming hockey season.
On-Ice :
