Sunday Morning Pancakes

 If you have 15 minutes to make these pancakes, your kids will thank you. They are delicious. I have included a double recipe since I always make a double batch. A single batch doesn’t last long at my house.

  •  2 cups of milk
  • 4 tbsb of butter/margarine
  • 4 tsp of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

 Add milk, butter and sugar to a large measuring cup. Heat in microwave until butter melts. Mix together. Add eggs and whisk until well blended. Sift in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well with a whisk. Pour batter into medium size pancakes on griddle over medium heat. Serve with bananas, fresh or frozen (and thawed) fruit.
