Russian Chicken


  • 250ml (1 cup) of Kraft Russian dressing       
  • 250ml (1cup) of apricot jam  (I use Smuckers)            
  • I pkg. of onion soup mix (not no name)        
  • 5-6 chicken breasts (halves)             

 Crockpot: Add chicken, then other ingredients to the crockpot. Cook on low all day (6-8 hours).

Oven: Mix first 3 ingredients together, place chicken in a deep casserole dish pour mixture over top and bake in oven @ 350c for about 40 mins or until chicken is cooked. 

Goes well with rice.
