Russian Chicken
Ingredients:
- 250ml (1 cup) of Kraft Russian dressing
- 250ml (1cup) of apricot jam (I use Smuckers)
- I pkg. of onion soup mix (not no name)
- 5-6 chicken breasts (halves)
Crockpot: Add chicken, then other ingredients to the crockpot. Cook on low all day (6-8 hours).
Oven: Mix first 3 ingredients together, place chicken in a deep casserole dish pour mixture over top and bake in oven @ 350c for about 40 mins or until chicken is cooked.
Goes well with rice.
