Pulled Chicken Chile

  • 2 tins of crushed tomatoes into the crock pot
  • 3 large chicken breasts into crackpot
  • 1 tin of red beans drained well
  • chili powder to taste (approx 2 tblespoons)
  • cayenne powder to taste (go easy! sometimes i leave this out – but if you put too much in, soften the heat with brown sugar!)
  • pepper to taste

 Cook chicken breast in tomatoes and chili powder on high for 90 mins then pull chicken breasts out and pull apart with fork and return meat to crock pot; add beans, pepper and cayenne. Cook over low for 5 hrs

serve with either buns or rice!
